Responsibilities of the Sr. Financial Analyst
Collaborate with Project Managers, Global Finance team, and cross-functional teams to manage and report on investments, capital, and expenses.Coordinate and analyze portfolio-level budget status, including forecasting and tracking actuals.Measure and report on budget variances and changes, providing commentary to stakeholders.Work closely with Project Managers and Portfolio Manager to develop financial plans and budget for future years.Ensure accurate budget setup, monitor and manage funds, and facilitate approvals.Provide financial support for year-end accruals, physical inventory, compliance, and audit requirements.Assist with capital closeout requests, resolve invoice mismatches, and track project spend.Collaborate with strategic partners and handle ad-hoc financial requests as necessary.Qualifications of the Sr. Financial Analyst
10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience preferably in Pharma, Life Sciences, or IT industries requiredIntermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP functions) experience requiredSAP, Ariba, RTP (Portfolio Reporting Tool), Tableau experience is preferredBachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; MBA, CPA, or CMA is a plusCompensation for the Sr. Financial Analyst
