Job Summary:
The referral specialist will review, analyze and document all referral requests, obtain appropriate authorizations for all plans (UHC Navigate, Global Health, Medicaid/Soonercare) and coordinate the scheduling of the “referred to” specialty including communication with the specialty office and patient.
