JobResponsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair large hydraulic pumps andvalves powered by up to 1000 hp motors
  • Troubleshoot andrepair electrical ranges from 115V480V and air compressors andvalves to support molding machines
  • Troubleshoot andrepair hydraulic machine controls troubleshooting hydraulic systemsand print familiarity keys to success.
  • Troubleshoot andrepair other various machinery equipment and facility structures tosupport the operations of the facility and the productionprocess
  • Capable of performing welding small fabrication anddesigns to correct root cause failures when needed or assigned todrive downtime to acceptable levels.
  • Work on variousequipment such as electric drive motors hydraulic pumps hydraulicsystems VFD controls pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders and allsafety related aspects to create a safe workenvironment.
  • Provide technical support in and on injection moldingmachines auxiliary components chiller functions water systemsnitrogen systems and safety controls to supportproduction.



Job Qualifications:

  • Associates degree
  • 3 years of experiencein plastic injection molding and/or hydraulics in a manufacturingsetting
  • Understanding of machine controls HMI interface fanucrobot teach pendants and injection molding processes
  • Familiar with thefunction of hydraulic injection molding machines from OEM vendorssuch as Engel Kraus Mafia Milacron Arburg and Fanucrobots.
  • Experience in maintenance to include hydraulicselectronics pneumatics machining welding electrical and printreading
  • Ability to read hydraulic schematics electricalschematics and troubleshoot equipment performance.
  • Ability to work in ateam setting selfmotivated productive without directsupervision.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work12hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule from 7pm7am.
