Description du poste

1er Commis Cuisinier

Avez-vous une appétence pour une évolution professionnelle ? Êtes-vous prêt à faire évoluer vos talents culinaires à un niveau international ? Amenez votre carrière à un tout autre niveau et rejoignez nos équipes en cuisine

 Votre rôle:
• Voir au bon fonctionnement et au très haut rendement de la cuisine assignée;
• S’assurer que la qualité du produit rencontre les plus hauts standards et ainsi assurer la satisfaction des clients;
• Effectuer la mise en place de la cuisine;
• Suivre l’horaire établi et s’assurer que les règles de propreté, d’hygiène et de prudence soient suivies à la lettre;
• Assister à toutes les réunions relatives à la cuisine, tel que demandé;
• Effectuer le transport des produits nécessaires dans tout l’hôtel;
• Assister ses collègues lors de périodes très occupées;
• S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et conserver un bon niveau de confiance;
• S’assurer du soutien physique et opérationnel de la cuisine;
• Préparer la nourriture lorsque demandé par la direction;
• Savoir travailler de façon autonome;
• Travailler proprement en respectant les normes d’hygiène.
• Participer à la mise en place des banquets
• Être responsable de la nourriture pour la cafétéria du soir
• Proposer des services professionnels, cordiaux, et prévenants aux clients tout en aidant les collègues
• Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe assignée par la direction


Qualifications

Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
• Expérience préalable de 2 ans en cuisine requise;
• Diplôme de cuisine reconnu;
• Avoir un bon sens de l’organisation afin de travailler efficacement;
• Être capable de travailler sans surveillance et de façon autonome
• Respecter les décisions de la direction et de son chef de partie
• Faire preuve d’initiative et de créativité afin d’innover constamment;
• Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
• Expérience pertinente en cuisine
