Responsibilities

  • Post accounts payable invoices with accuracy to the correct expense accounts 
  • verify purchase orders and post invoices into system accordingly
  • prepare accounts payable checks per net terms and reconcile statements 
  • Record and maintain all 1099 information when setting up new vendors for payment 
  • Process 1099 year end forms and reports
  • Research and answer vendor inquiries

Qualifications

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with other co-workers and management team
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership
  • Attention to detail when processing paperwork
  • Experience with Excel 
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver's license
