Job Description:
You will work in a professional manner, with internal and external customer while performing administrative tasks to support the production managers as well as Human Resources, plus lead the employee and community relation activities for the site. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficiency of our operations while working to improve the employee experience. Providing clerical support to the Senior Staff. Assisting with weekly payroll in timekeepers’ absence. Assisting Site HR with monthly reporting including employee census, temp, OT and absence reports. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, records, and documentation. Preparing internal postings to include drafting communications and maintaining employee bulletin board.

What’s a typical day as a Production Admin? You’ll be:
  • Assisting the shift team lead in preparing documents, editing, and approving payroll.
  • Tracking attendance and investigating paperwork errors.
  • Assisting projects for production.
  • Promoting a culture of process safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Assisting in reporting, documenting, and filing as necessary.
Must have experience and or hold the following.
  • Have experience in payroll auditing and editing, preferably using Kronos.
  • Possess knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google Suite Programs such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Apps sheets. Google Workspace including Gmail, Hangouts, Calendar, and Google +. Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Understand manufacturing processes and value chain.
  • Understand key operational metrics and can effectively communicate across organizations.
  • Have knowledge of quality systems and ISO9001/AS9100 requirements. SAP experience is preferred.
  •  Have knowledge and skill in materials management and inventory control methods/procedures, preferably using SAP.
    • Must possess excellent communication skills.
    • Must be able to prioritize all tasks as you will be assisting members of the management team.
    • Must have minimum 3 years of relevant and recent work experience.
    • Must have a high school diploma and or GED.
