Contracts Administrator Job Description:
PrideStaff Financial is in search of a Contracts Administrator for a leader in aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that customers orders are processed correctly and on time. The ideal Contracts Administrator has FAR/DFAR and ERP system experience along with excellent communication skills. This is a unique opportunity with an industry leader providing employees with knowledge of their operations and a robust benefits package.
Contracts Administrator Duties & Responsibilities:
Administer & Manager Contracts & Subcontracts
Review Requests For Proposal & Bids
Negotiate Terms & Conditions of Contracts
Track Contract Performance & Ensure Compliance
Prepare & Process Invoice, payments & Change Orders
Maintain Contract Files & Records
Contracts Administrator Requirements & Qualifications:
FAR / DFAR Experience Required
Prior Experience With Contract Management Software / ERP System
3-5 Years Of Contract Administration Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field Preferred
Excellent Attention to Detail & Organization
Superb Communication & Negotiation Skills Required
Proficient With MS Office
