Description

TruStile Doors, the leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a house keeping/ janitor for its Denver, CO operation. This position will be responsible for a variety of custodial work clean and maintain the general appearance and safety of TruStile Denver’s brand-new manufacturing facility 

What you’ll do: 

Cleans and sanitizes office space, conference rooms, kitchens/break areas, locker room, exercise facility and restrooms while following COVID-19 protocols Performs facility rental set-ups and tear down of equipment (tables and chairs) and special department sponsored events Replenishes and restocks supplies and/or materials daily Empties garbage and trash containers on a regular basis Assists with general facility needs – replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, plunging toilets and  urinals, painting, and minor building repair Contributes to the resolution of complaints and problems concerning patrons of the facility Interacts positively and productively with other building attendants and Facility Supervisor Notifies supervisor of safety concerns immediately Requirements

You’re a good fit if you have: 

Knowledge of building maintenance, clean practices, and methods along with the safe use and operations of various  tools,chemicals, and equipment used to complete duties Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills required to complete forms, paperwork, and email Ability to work independently, follow oral and written instruction with minimal or no supervision Minimum three years custodial experience and/or light maintenance
