TruStile Doors, the leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for the high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a house keeping/ janitor for its Denver, CO operation. This position will be responsible for a variety of custodial work clean and maintain the general appearance and safety of TruStile Denver's brand-new manufacturing facility
What you'll do:
- Cleans and sanitizes office space, conference rooms, kitchens/break areas, locker room, exercise facility and
- restrooms while following COVID-19 protocols
- Performs facility rental set-ups and tear down of equipment (tables and chairs) and special department sponsored events
- Replenishes and restocks supplies and/or materials daily
- Empties garbage and trash containers on a regular basis
- Assists with general facility needs - replacing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, plunging toilets and
- urinals, painting, and minor building repair
- Contributes to the resolution of complaints and problems concerning patrons of the facility
- Interacts positively and productively with other building attendants and Facility Supervisor
- Notifies supervisor of safety concerns immediately
You're a good fit if you have:
- Knowledge of building maintenance, clean practices, and methods along with the safe use and operations of various
- tools,chemicals, and equipment used to complete duties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills required to complete forms, paperwork, and email
- Ability to work independently, follow oral and written instruction with minimal or no supervision
- Minimum three years custodial experience and/or light maintenance
