JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in providing the fundamental aspects of programs or cases and assists in providing client services (childcare/transportation), including support for families, under close and regular supervision.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Childcare for the clients attending treatment services Assists with transportation needs as necessary Assists with conducting programs to prevent and resolve client problems. Provides information to referred clients over the phone or in person Provides case management assistance, . preparation/maintenance/scanning of client files, documentation in Millennium, mailings such as outreach, client tracking of services/record keeping in the EHR, and technical and administrative assistance. Assists clients in identifying/linking to benefits, social and community services and helps clients obtain the resources. Provides support to clients. Assists with cleaning the childcare room and preparation for the next dayOTHER DUTIES : As Assigned
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Basic knowledge and understanding of case management Basic computer and software skills and experience Complete work with accuracy and meet deadlines Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; understand and follow directions Provide a high level of customer service Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, caregivers, service providers and staff Knowledge of community resources is highly desirableSUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: N/A
Position RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma; 1 year of related experience (work or volunteer).LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED: Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
MANDATED PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:
Medical clearance, drug screen and fingerprinting required Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Weekly Work Hours 36 Proposed Salary $36,000 to $40,000/annually ScheduleMonday - Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PMThis position is currently accepting applications.
