Job Description

  • Lead and manage activities and people on specific projects.
  • Prepare or oversee detailed engineering analyses, schedules, technical reports, etc.
  • Prepare or direct preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project.
  • Calculate cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data and performs construction contract administration including preparation on bid documents, contracts, change orders, resolving construction field issues, and project closeout.
  • Meet client needs from project conception to completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environment or Construction Engineering or its equivalent.
  • North Dakoka Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with groups both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and discipline specific software.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
