Day to day as a Assistant Business Office Manager

As the Full-Time Assistant Business Office Manager at Ocean Springs Health and Rehabilitation, your daily expectations will encompass a variety of responsibilities focused on enhancing customer service within our healthcare environment. You will be expected to assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all business office procedures run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve interacting with staff to support their needs, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between departments.

You will also handle inquiries from residents and families, displaying exceptional customer service skills at all times. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with the management team to implement policies and drive improvements. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to balance your work-life commitments while contributing to a vibrant and energetic company culture.
