Promote operational excellence, identifying and delivering short- and long-term opportunities to optimize systems and processes in alignment with cross-company initiatives

Support enablement and communication strategies to motivate change in support of the transformation initiative

Lead and contribute to tactical tasks, such as UAT, business process documentation, order form maintenance, etc.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Sales, Pricing and / or Commercial Operations at an Enterprise Software vendors

3 - 5+ years experience using opportunity and CPQ systems in a SaaS environment

Other Qualifications:

Analytical, structured thinking; effective ability to influence partners and decision makers in a matrix environment

Salesforce, Apttus, Celonis experience a plus

Data modeling, analysis and process optimization experience

Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor communication to different audiences

Solutions orientation, ability to convey direction, and drive alignment

Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities, report on progress, and remove roadblocks

Drive effective change management efforts in a cross functional organization


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
