Responsibilities:
* Responsible for conducting testing of samples in support of process development, characterization, developmental stability, validation and other R&D projects.
* Other responsibilities include cGMP documentation, sample login, data review, instrument maintenance, and other tasks assigned by management.
* May participate in development, execution, and qualification of new analytical test methods for characterization.
* Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Perform technically diverse testing and analysis with minimal assistance using modern instrumental analytical techniques including but not limited to coagulation assays, enzymatic assays, immunoassays, chromatography (HPLC, GC, IC), capillary electrophoresis, and gel electrophoresis.
* Perform accurate technical/cGXP review of other operators work and can interpret /understand trends in data.
* Contribute to report writing and perform data analysis.
* Assist in coordination of specific activities such as method qualification execution, IOQ execution and small study execution.
* Must have strong scientific understanding of the test methods being performed as well as the products/intermediates being tested.
* Must be able to recognize aberrant results and will be responsible for initiating investigations when necessary.
* Participate in moderate to extensive problem solving which requires original thought and must effectively interact with scientific and non-scientific personnel.
* Must be able to recognize when to modify a standard approach to be more effective and incorporates new technology when appropriate.
* Frequent communication with personnel from other departments is often necessary to fulfill project assignments.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Biology or related field and 1+ years experience
* Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field and 3-4 years experience
* No degree and 7+ years related experience
* Experience in the use of modern instrumental analytical techniques including but not limited to coagulation assays, enzymatic assays, immunoassays, chromatography (HPLC, GC, IC), capillary electrophoresis, and gel electrophoresis.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.
* Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsabilidades:
* Responsable de realizar pruebas de muestras en apoyo del desarrollo de procesos, caracterización, estabilidad del desarrollo, validación y otros proyectos de I+D.
* Otras responsabilidades incluyen documentación cGMP, inicio de sesión de muestras, revisión de datos, mantenimiento de instrumentos y otras tareas asignadas por la gerencia.
* Podrá participar en el desarrollo, ejecución y calificación de nuevos métodos de prueba analítica para caracterización.
* Debe poder realizar cada deber esencial satisfactoriamente.
* Realice pruebas y análisis técnicamente diversos con asistencia mínima utilizando técnicas analíticas instrumentales modernas que incluyen, entre otras, ensayos de coagulación, ensayos enzimáticos, inmunoensayos, cromatografía (HPLC, GC, IC), electroforesis capilar y electroforesis en gel.
* Realiza una revisión técnica/cGXP precisa del trabajo de otros operadores y puede interpretar/comprender tendencias en los datos.
* Contribuir a la redacción de informes y realizar análisis de datos.
* Ayudar en la coordinación de actividades específicas como la ejecución de calificación de métodos, ejecución de IOQ y ejecución de estudios pequeños.
* Debe tener una sólida comprensión científica de los métodos de prueba que se realizan, así como de los productos/intermedios que se prueban.
* Deberá ser capaz de reconocer resultados aberrantes y será responsable de iniciar investigaciones cuando sea necesario.
* Participa en moderada a extensa resolución de problemas que requiere pensamiento original y debe interactuar efectivamente con personal científico y no científico.
* Debe poder reconocer cuándo modificar un enfoque estándar para que sea más efectivo e incorpora nueva tecnología cuando sea apropiado.
* A menudo es necesaria la comunicación frecuente con personal de otros departamentos para cumplir con las asignaciones del proyecto.

Requisitos:
* Maestría y 1+ años de experiencia.
* Licenciatura y experiencia de 3 a 4 años.
* Sin título y más de 7 años de experiencia relacionada.
* Experiencia en el uso de técnicas analíticas instrumentales modernas que incluyen, entre otras, ensayos de coagulación, ensayos enzimáticos, inmunoensayos, cromatografía (HPLC, GC, IC), electroforesis capilar y electroforesis en gel.
