  • Responsible for running a successful operation & maintain our high volume service department
  • Development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.
  • Will lead a team of advisors and technicians in performing all services offered by a new car dealership including warranty work
  • Responsible for the overall experience of the service department
  • Offers support to the other departments of the dealership

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of automotive management at a car dealership
  • CDK experience required
  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
  • Experience with implementing structured business processes
  • A hard-working can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • Valid Arizona driver license
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
