Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising the team that develops and applies advanced Quality Assurance/Control methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems. You will play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring work instruction compliance audits performed by Quality Auditors.

Job duties:

Will lead and direct the work of Quality auditors & Hydrogen Leak Testers. Review & relay opportunities for improvement with documented processes & testing procedures identified by subordinates & recommendations from fellow staff. Report findings & escalations to immediate manager. Reliable & flexible with day-to-day assignments – agile leadership Acts with professionalism & lead by positive example – hands on leadership. Ensure team compliance with leadership directives (daily, monthly & annually).

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education Preferred - 4 Year degree preferred in technical area or similar experience in a manufacturing setting. Requires at least 1-year related experience. A motivated self-starter with initiative to improve processes & procedures. Good understanding of production areas, process flows, equipment, and product. Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive can-do attitude with ability to adapt in an evolving work environment. Ability to read specifications. Ensure work instruction compliance & all subsets. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
