Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The receptionist will handle a variety of administrative tasks, manage phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general support to ensure smooth office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the correct staff or department.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar for the team or department.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and reorder supplies when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain office security by following safety protocols and ensuring that visitors sign in.
  • Handle basic customer service inquiries and provide assistance where needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
