We will count on you to:

Write, edit, and proofread a range of employee communications, newsletters, and informational materials for internal distribution. Regularly assess and publish content on communication vehicles (Intranet, newsletters, email, social media, etc.), to ensure on-time, accurate delivery, and availability of fresh, updated content. Contribute to the planning, delivery, and measurement of internal communication plans to help support the execution of company strategies and increase employee engagement. Analyze distribution metrics to measure communication effectiveness. Coordinate distribution and tracking of communications to build appropriate audience profiles and lists and ensures timely delivery and follow-up. Assist with development and distribution of surveys and the solicitation of feedback from employees to help in measuring employee satisfaction and engagement and evaluating the results of communications plans, campaigns, and strategies. Provide recommendations to improve internal communications by tracking employee understanding and retention, and summarizing employee satisfaction surveys. Coordinate production and distribution of materials. Help with implementing high impact programs that raise brand awareness and help to build/maintain relationships with clients and industry influences.

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. A minimum of 3 years of related experience Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in utilizing various communication mediums and platforms, including digital channels, social media, and multimedia content creation.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $65, to $,.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
