About the Role:
As the Client Services Navigator, you'll serve as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to thrive. You'll work closely with all GSUL departments to coordinate services, follow up on client feedback, and manage referrals to external organizations. Your role will be crucial in helping clients overcome barriers in workforce, housing, and health services, empowering them for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Follow-Up & Feedback: Reach out to clients post-service to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs. Use feedback to enhance service delivery and make informed referrals.
- Transition & Referral Management: Ensure clients transition smoothly from GSUL services to external agencies, providing ongoing support as needed.
- Workforce Development Support: Engage with previous program participants, assist with intake packages, and track candidate progress.
- Community Engagement: Survey the community for new resources, strengthen partnerships, and follow up with inactive clients to re-engage them in our services.
- Health & Quality of Life Support: Provide additional information and referrals for clients participating in health-related programs.

- Must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status or applicable exemption.
