Manage all aspects of the account-service process Markets clients to carriers Responds to client inquiries regarding enrollment, coverage, etc. Quickly responds to policy inquiries (email, phone) Assists with the census-gathering/preparing process Assists with Open Enrollment meetings/presentations Checks policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy Maintain accurate and organized account filesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3+ years related benefits experience. Must have advanced Excel skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team commitment.
