HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Performs a variety of administrative and financial related analytical tasks in support of travel tasking.
  • Verifies and maintains travel financial reports and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements.
  • Books travel based on a Travel authorization request (TAR), using the Concur travel system.
  • Analyze travel funding status and calculates additional travel funding as required and re-submits to Supervisor.
  • Monitors and reports travel financial performance against estimated travel pricing.
  • Interacts with task directive leaders to ensure travel contract conformance.
  • Collects receipts and process Expense reports in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction from more than one Manager.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Process Cash Advances.

Participates in special financial projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education.
● Required Experience: 2 - 5 years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Programs, Concur Travel System
● Required Skills and Abilities: excellent communication skills, problem solving, multi tasker, Travel expense reporting
● Preferred Skills: Microsoft Excel advanced formulas
● Location: On Site
●*US Citizenship Required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $22.52 - $30.48. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
