Position Summary
The lab technician will work closely with faculty, staff and students to assist in the proper upkeep and maintenance of a busy undergraduate biology lab.
Position Responsibilities
Preparation of materials needed for the laboratory exercises Maintaining all living materials used in the advanced courses Ordering supplies for the various laboratory exercises Trouble-shooting laboratory equipment issues Overseeing the cleanliness of the teaching laboratories Maintaining inventory Assisting professors [e.g., photocopying examinations, proctoring]Experience & Educational Background :
BA degree; preferably in Biology or Biochemistry

Salary Range:
1199 Laboratory Technician New Hire rate: $26.91
