Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join their team in Seattle, Washington.

Job Summary:

The Electrophysiology Technician will be responsible for assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparing patients, setting up equipment, and monitoring patients during procedures.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining procedures, obtaining informed consent, and positioning patients for procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning and disinfecting equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with patient transport, including moving patients to and from procedure rooms and assisting with patient transfers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, including vital signs and any adverse reactions to procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician or related field.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of electrophysiology technology or related field.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, pushing, bending, and pulling.
  • Communication skills to work with diverse personnel, including professional and support staff.
