Essential Functions :

· Oversee receiving and dispatch procedures for incoming shipments.

· Assign workloads and daily tasks to team members

· Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy.

· Collaborate with new goods leadership to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

· Implement quality checks to verify that orders are complete and accurate before dispatch

· Utilize inventory systems to monitor order progress and address any discrepancies promptly.

· Ensure safety procedures are followed when operating equipment.

· Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement

· Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of warehouse supervisory experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective  leadership  and conflict resolution abilities. Excellent  time management  and delegation skills. Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving approach Maintain dependable transportation and communication devices Ability to pass MVR and company standards to operation agency vehicles. Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements :

Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, bend, reach and grasp, tolerate environmental issues such as dust, heat and cold, as well as meet all physical requirements to perform the duties Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
