About the Amazon Global Logistics Team: Amazon is dedicated to helping businesses succeed as Selling Partners. Our Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) service offers fulfillment solutions by storing and shipping products from our centers, allowing FBA sellers to expand their reach and scale their business. Often, Selling Partners need to source inventory from overseas locations, such as China and Southeast Asia, which involves navigating international freight forwarding, shipping, and customs processes. The Global Mile team addresses this pain point by providing Amazon Global Logistics solutions, which include international shipping, customs clearance, and storage solutions. In summary, Amazon Global Logistics provides an integrated, affordable, and reliable solution for shipping inventory from international locations to US, EU, and UK fulfillment centers.

Key job responsibilities
- Sales Funnel management: Lead a team to deliver high impact goals including new Seller adoption. Accelerate Sales funnel lead time and efficiency by creating and executing Seller education strategies and scalable operating procedures. Drive long-term innovation towards SSR adoption model to improve sales efficiency.
- Internal Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with marketplace teams to increase product awareness and Global Mile adoption. Scope and implement collaborative strategies to drive referrals.
- Voice of the Seller: Develop and implement a Voice of the Seller mechanism to drive experience improvements by collecting and analysing seller feedback on product, pricing, and booking experience. Collaborate with partner teams to inform investment in new products, features, and capabilities that improve the seller experience and accelerate product adoption.
- Sales team development: Manage and motivate the team. Develop and drive mechanisms for high performance and job satisfaction in the team.
- Key stakeholder management: Coordinate with senior leaders across functions and businesses, including product, storefront, support, sales, finance, legal, and internal Amazon businesses, to drive key projects, such as partnerships, seller segmentation, and SSR-assisted engagement model to improve adoption and the seller experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in data driven decision making to drive product adoption
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, analyze data, and build custom reports and dashboards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- MBA
- Experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role directly involving the coordination of global shipping and customs processes
