Job Summary:

We are seeking a Site Superintendent with expertise in roads, bridges, and underground wet utilities to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervise day-to-day operations on site for road, bridge, and underground utility projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and industry regulations.
  • Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact between project managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in site supervision for roads, bridges, and underground wet utilities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and safety regulations.
  • Certifications: Relevant safety and construction certifications preferred.
