  1. Write up sales orders Process standard quotes, drawings and expedite requests.
  2. Perform data entry for orders, quotes and RMA’s (return material authorizations)
  3. Answer first level sales calls; check status or order, obtain tracking numbers, updates to existing quote, repeat application quote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or 2-5 years work experience in technical sales, with a mechanical aptitude or a combination of above.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


This is an hourly position that requires working 40+ hours per week. Routine office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This job may occasionally require additional hours outside of this time frame.
