Real Estate Buyer’S Sales Specialist

Compensation:$100,000 + (Commission Based)
Responsibilities:- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus)
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the area's real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
