Requirements

Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades, pero no limitadas a:

  • Cortar el césped, recortar y bordear los bordes, recoger la basura y los escombros y soplar con equipos eléctricos
  • Aplicar fertilizante y otras funciones relacionadas con las necesidades de siembra estacional
  • Pode arbustos y arboles bajos para mejorar el habito de crecimiento
  • Mejorar la apariencia y el valor de las propriedades a traces de la ejecución de terrenos diarios y la gestión del césped
  • Conducir, usar, mantener y operar adecuadamente el equipo de jardinería
  • Aportar una actitud cooperativa entusiasta al lugar de trabajo
  • Asegúrese de que todas las tareas relacionadas con el trabajo se realicen de manera segura y eficiente y use todas las herramientas y equipos de acuerdo con la política de seguridad de la empresa
  • Garantizar que todo el trabajo se realice de acuerdo con los estándares de la industria y la empresa
  • Mantener un comportamiento cortes, amistoso y receptivo con colegas, invitados y clientes

Responsibilities required, but not limited to:

  • Mow turf, trim, and edge along borders, pick up trash and debris, and blow using power equipment
  • Apply fertilizers and other functions related to seasonal planting needs
  • Prune shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit
  • Enhance the appearance and value of properties through the execution of daily grounds, and turf management
  • Drive, use, maintain, and properly operate landscape equipment
  • Bring a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site
  • Ensure all job-related tasks are performed safely and efficiently and use all tools and equipment in accordance with company safety policy
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with colleagues, guests, and customers

  • La experiencia en paisajismo y/o mantenimiento de terrenos es de un mínimo de un año (preferiblemente)
  • Bilingüe en español y ingles (muy valioso, pero no requerido)

You may be a good fit if you:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years or older and can work Saturdays and during inclement weather (required)
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, engaging, and can motivate other
  • Able to manage time and workload effectively and can work well with others in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Safe when working with equipment and can up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with commercial landscaping or ground maintenance work for at least 1 year (preferred, but not required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (highly valuable, but not required)

We are always accepting applications for crew members. Currently, we are not hiring for the spring/summer maintenance season. Hiring will recommence in late August or early September for the autumn clean up. Thank you~
