Large Commercial HVAC Company looking for motivated team players. Candidate should have some experience in similar industries such as plumbing, electrical, residential HVAC, Facility Engineering, etc. Pay will depend on experience and work history. Our very strong team will train you on the specifics of the position. Moderate typing and computer skills are required. You will work with information provided by technicians through our mobile CRM app. Our Microsoft CRM system is state of the art and is of the latest version from 2024.

Compensation:

$23- $40 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers
  • We have been providing troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, maintenance and construction for businesses in San Diego County
  • We work on all types of commercial equipment, large and small
  • Must be able to communicate to management, technicians, and customer
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary
  • Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software
  • Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, accounting, construction management, or related field is required
  • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking, and very strong math skills are essential
