Job Functions

, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Nurtures long standing relationships with clients by delivering high quality and responsive service that exceeds expectations Assists as needed with technical client issues and projects Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues Maintains regular and frequent communication with clients and advisors Serves as the client and product resource and lead the service team in all administrative tasks Works under pressure in a very fast-paced, demanding work environment Leads efforts to onboard new clients and coordinate internally when presented with this opportunity Coordinates client meetings and discussions; virtual and in person Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support business development within the company

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

Familiar with insurance concepts, practices and procedures Ability to mentor and lead others 8+ years or working within the insurance, banking, or financial services industries Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire) Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college Strong MS Office skills to include Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
