Responsibilities of the Sales Professional include, but are not limited to:

Conduct "business to business" sales calls on manufacturing and food processing facilities throughout the region for parts, service, and service agreementsManage all aspects of the Sales process including selling preventative maintenance contracts with new equipment, as well as new customer acquisition, and customer retentionPrepares and sends product specifications and quotation packages to customersMakes follow-up calls and responds to customer inquiriesMaintains contact with customers before, during and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needsTravels daily within assigned territory to customer locations when necessary


Qualifications of the Sales Professional include, but are not limited to:

​3+ years of experience with air compressor service or industrial sales (examples: automotive, heavy equipment, rental yard, industrial supplies, etc) preferredStrong inter-personal (people) skills with good aptitude to understand technical processes and mechanical systemsWork ethic – do whatever it takes to delight the customerStrong verbal, written and electronic communication skillsMust have current driver’s license and acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

Additional Information

Pay Range: from $60,000 yearly plus commission (DOE)

Physical Demand: N/A

Working Conditions: Visit customer facilities

Training/Certifications: Sales training and product training will be provided

Shift Time/Overtime: 7:00am-4:00pm

Travel: Driving to customer sites - company vehicle with gas card. Must have current driver’s license and acceptable driving record according to company guidelines

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
