Responsibilities may include:  Implement, and oversee Quality Assurance processes for residential services according to company needs. Monitor continuity between the Individual Service Plan (ISP) and service delivery. Gather, manage, and analyze data and identify trends to improve training and services. Conduct internal audits in homes and ensure appropriate measures are put in place to correct any deficiencies. Advise management with the development, implementation, review, and approval of all plans of correction, as applicable. Monitor risk management and ensure implementation of corrective measures. Investigate deviations and provide insight to improve quality and efficiency, to ensure compliance. Travel expected to all residential sites in region.
Requirements for this position include:  Four-year degree in social services or related field (extensive experience in the field of developmental disabilities may substitute for degree) One year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.  Strong customer service and communication skills. Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
