T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented NJ Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Site Development team. Responsibilities to include assistance in preparing landscape and lighting plans, site plan drawings, prepare sketches and concept plans, prepare renderings and computer modeling. Will also be responsible for performing site inspections for landscape related projects.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively on landscape architecture, civil and planning projects as part of a multidisciplinary teamWork directly with Directors and Project Managers to engage in all aspects of the design process including analysis, exploration of conceptual ideas, design development, documentation, and construction administrationCreation of presentation graphics including computer generated plan / perspective renderings, and sectionsAssist in preparation, coordination, and completion of construction documentsCommunicate design ideas both graphically and orally, and to contribute to the development of design conceptsReview shop drawings and contractor submittals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architectural studies, planning, engineering or closely related field required0-3 years of experience with landscape / land development projectsExperience in AutoCAD required Experience with hand graphics, SketchUP, Photoshop, Land FX and Microsoft Office a plus Planting and horticultural knowledgeDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
