Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Driving and maintaining a well-defined roadmap, articulating timelines, milestones, and deliverables Own project plans, provide status updates, timelines, meeting coordination at various band levels. Creating and updating dashboards to demonstrate progress for various data governance business initiatives Generating visual collateral to display qualitative and quantitative progress Performing regular updates and enhancements to collaboration sites (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint, Airtable, etc.) Establishing and maintaining KPIs and insights that report and track progress of data under governance management implementation Building relationships with business stakeholders to assess and document project needs

Qualification Requ irements:

Project coordination and project management experience; high attention to detail and organization Creative thinking to generate visual representation of business initiative progress Experience creating impactful executive collateral Ability to partner and influence across multiple teams, functional areas, and levels of leadership to drive results  Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment. High degree of organization, individual initiative and personal accountability and resiliency Ability to develop solutions in ambiguous environments Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment often with ambiguity and the need to make decisions with less than perfect information.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
