The Good Eating Company is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef , this dynamic pastry leader will be at Northstar 8. Our Client has created exceptional space that sets a new standard in luxury office space. This location will have a unique blend of services: Café Bistro, Convenience Market, Catering and Bar.The  Executive Pastry Chef  will support the total scratch pastry production, responsibilities including the supervision of hourly pastry staff with a focus on scratch pastries and baked goods and excellent customer experience.

Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to: 

Be innovative every day An eye for high end pastries A strong focus on new pastry techniques

The ideal candidate has:

A strong pastry background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new pastry trends Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards Strong mentoring and training skills

What We Offer

Sodexo offers fair and equitable compensation, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
