Responsibilities/Job Description
Performs routine maintenance duties (work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance) Performs general repairs (appliance, plumbing, custodial, grounds) Performs other duties as assigned and directed
Qualifications
Required:
Current Driver’s License (in good standing) One to three years of previous experience Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPreferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree: HVAC or related Three to five years of previous experience
