Front Office Coordinator for Mainstreet Orthodontics

Location: Traveling team servicing Killeen, Cove, and Belton

Mainstreet Orthodontics is looking for a proactive and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our traveling orthodontic team. This role involves managing front office operations across multiple locations. A travel stipend is provided.

Schedule:Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Requirements:
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience in a dental, medical, or professional office setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and checking in patients.
  • Managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
  • Verifying insurance information and processing payments.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.
