Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Lead with tasks for planning and controlling activities to keep the program on schedule, helping lead project status reviews, and helping oversee the performance of projects that are funded by the program.
  • Documenting meeting agenda and minutes, dependencies, progress, issue/action items, risks, and timelines. Maintain program information in respective solutions to ensure program information is current, accurate, meaningful, and in compliance with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, team members, and service providers in collecting project status and information.
  • Assist with the creation of decision material to provide to Executive Management, senior business leaders, staff, and/or vendors regularly.
  • Support future demand planning efforts across DCIO towers to ensure demand is captured and prioritized effectively to support Core Tech Invest work in 2025.
  • Support the current program change control process, including the creation of change request artifacts for CTI leadership and stakeholder review, challenging assumptions for change requests, and guiding teams through the RAC/SIC submissions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Prior project analyst or relevant industry experience, experience in program management, business transformation, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills; excellent fact-gathering and business process mapping.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills.
