Offrir un service à la clientèle amical, aider les clients à magasiner dans notre magasin et à trouver ce qu'ils recherchent. Recueillir et jeter les déchets en respectant les procédures approuvées. Épousseter et passer la vadrouille humide sur les planchers selon les procédures approuvées. Déplacer l’équipement et les produits pour assurer un nettoyage adéquat et replacer les produits dans le bon emplacement. Nettoyer les aires assignées à l’aide des matériaux et de l’équipement fourni.Peut nécessiter le mélange de détergents à de l’eau dans des contenants pour la préparation de produits de nettoyage selon les spécifications. Nettoyer en profondeur les aires clés du magasin, dont les toilettes, la salle de repos, les entrées et les autres aires très achalandées afin de maintenir un environnement propre et sécuritaire pour les clients et le personnel. Garder l’équipement propre et en ordre. Avertir le superviseur si des fournitures sont requises à l’avance afin qu’elles puissent être réapprovisionnées. Rechercher les aires nécessitant un nettoyage. Prendre des initiatives pour achever la tâche. Accomplir toutes les tâches assignées par le superviseur. Effectuer les tâches conformément à toutes les lignes directrices fédérales, provinciales et locales. Interagir avec les membres d’équipe et les clients de façon positive et respectueuse, même dans les situations difficiles, dans le but de respecter la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise. Projeter une image positive et servir d’exemple pour les autres membres d’équipe.

D’autres responsabilités telles qu’assignées peuvent inclure :

Offrir une expérience rapide et courtoise aux caisses et manipuler l’argent selon les normes. Sensibiliser les clients aux avantages du programme de Récompenses et de la carte de crédit de marque privée et effectuer les inscriptions. Aider avec les processus omnicanaux, y compris les commandes achetez en ligne, ramassez en magasin (AEL/REM) et les commandes expédiées à partir du magasin (EXP/M). Participer aux processus de déchargement des camions, de remplissage des présentoirs et de planogramme (POG). Soutenir les programmes de prévention des pertes et de sécurité. Respecter les Procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et les programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et exigences applicables, mettre en pratique les politiques et les normes de l’entreprise.
