Will-Mor Manufacturing is a fast-paced and quickly growing precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries. Here at Will-Mor, we take pride in manufacturing difficult parts in support of our warfighters, and we take satisfaction in knowing that many of our products are in jet engines all over the world. In business since 1952, Will-Mor has grown to be a go-to supplier for many of the country’s largest OEMs, and as we continue to grow, we are looking to add motivated team members to the organization
Key Responsibilities
  •  Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC Lathes (live tooling).
  • Fixture and tool design.
  • Create and define the manufacturing process.
  • Develop 2D process drawings, work instructions, tool lists, operation sheets, and “shop floor” inspection methodology.
  • Troubleshoot and assist set-up personnel of complex prototypes and production parts.


Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5 years of experience in CNC programming.
  • 5 years of experience using the latest revision of Cad Cam programming software (NX preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in CNC machining for complex parts.
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills & thorough understanding of GD&T.
  • Experience with metrology tools % processes for part inspection.
  • Experience G code programming at the machine control.
  • Good communication skills, math skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Positive customer-focused attitude.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Honest with good integrity.
  • Professional demeanor and respect for people in all situations.
  • Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often.
  • Team player.
  • Works in an office and machine shop environment.
  • May continuously walk, bend, and lift 40 lbs. 
  • Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
  • Must Meet ITAR requirements.
