Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlay a critical role in the agriculture industry when you become a lead operator for a corporation dedicated to buying, selling, and processing natural ingredients. This is a rare opening for our new location located in Jerome, ID. This position offers great benefits, growth opportunities, and leadership trainings.What matters most as a lead operator:
  • Competitive pay of $25-$27 an hour
  • On-site position located in the Jerome, ID area
  • Shift: 7a-3p or 3p-11p
  • Benefits include; medical, dental, and vision, additional benefits such life, accident, disability.
  • 401k w/ a 3% match

Your new role as a lead operator:
  • Training of employees
  • Ensure the safety of location employees
  • Perform maintenance/operations related tasks
  • Responsible for compliance with food and facility safety requirements
  • Inventory management and control, and quality assurance
  • Maintain the facility in a sanitary and suitable condition to meet company expectations
What you need as a lead operator:
  • 1-5 years related work experience, including minor equipment maintenance
  • Knowledge of plant operations
  • Strong and effective communication skills; strong team and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with start-up operation
