The Research Analyst will support research projects, assisting in all phases of research conducted by the Local Government Workplaces Initiative (LGWI), including the execution of workplace climate surveys, analyses and presentation of results, and data cleaning. The Research Analyst will also be responsible for quality control elements of the work. This position will review all outputs of the LGWI team for correctness and accuracy, including dashboards, presentations, follow-up analyses, and other communication materials. 

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that may include a partially remote work location, consistent with System Office policy. UNC Chapel Hill employees are generally required to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of their assigned duty station. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience - Ability to review surveys with Qualtrics and able to handle follow-up queries
- Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations of results
- Ability to review results and provide feedback for corrections
- Ability to present results to clients
- Ability to assist with client interface and project coordination.
