Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for a residential new construction HVAC Installer to join our team

You must have a strong background in residential, light commercial (Split systems, package units, mini splits), as well as duct fabrication. Installation experience is required.

Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, depending on experience

Benefits: Supplemental Accident Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, Tool Account Program, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle, Costco membership, In-House Training & Certification Program - company paid, 3% IRA match, Company paid Cell phone and tablet, Defined Career Path, other spiffs, and incentives.

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion).

Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Valid Driver's license & Insurable driving record
  • Pass background and drug screen
  • Valid EPA Certification
  • Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
  • Operate company vehicle daily
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal
  • Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
