Pay: Up to $34.00/hour + spiffs, depending on experience

Benefits: Supplemental Accident Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, Tool Account Program, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle, In-House Training & Certification Program - company paid, 3% Ira match, Company paid Cell phone and tablet, Defined Career Path, other spiffs, and incentives.

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion). On-call rotation.

Position Summary: The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. All while maintaining the quality of work and representing the company in a manner that promotes good relations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Valid Driver's license & Insurable driving record
  • Valid EPA Certification
  • RMGA Certification
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment
  • Work from a 32' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder
  • NATE Core and 1 Specialty certification
  • Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
  • Operate company vehicle daily
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal
  • Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
  • Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
  • Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
  • Operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
