Production Team Lead job responsibilities include: 

  • Oversee departmental activities per standard operating procedures
  • Work with Shift Supervisor in the assignment and supervision of personnel in order to achieve an efficient operation at all times
  • Assist the Supervisor in following up with all manufacturing orders that are followed through properly to completion and are filled out properly prior to turning in
  • Assists personnel in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures
  • Provide orderly and efficient changeover to the next shift

 Qualifications: 

  • Prior supervisory experience mentoring and motivating a team of individuals 
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred 
  • Compute basic math equations and accurately read a tape measure 
  • High level of Mechanical Aptitude 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) 
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
