The Residential Page makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from residents' homes, transports packages and parcels and maintains properdeliveryrecords. Interacts with residents making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating any special requests. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. Familiarity with hotel or condo/private residence operations a plus but not required.

Qualifications include:

Keen eye for detail and strong sense of urgency

Strong organizational skills

Solid multi-tasking skills

Solid communication and organizational skills
