As the Project Manager on kitchen remodeling projects, you will plan and supervise projects from start to finish. The Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the project from purchasing materials, overseeing the installation timelines, and ensuring the project is completed on time and efficiently to create an exceptional and enjoyable experience for our clients.

- Manages kitchen remodel projects from conception through installation.
- Measures existing spaces & designs new kitchen, bath & office layouts.
- Responsible for reading and interpreting appliance specs, including the specific location of electrical inputs.
- Facilitates all materials orders according to design specs and customer needs.
- Develops & maintains the master schedule for all jobs & ensures upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and proactively managed.
- Communicates with customers, employees, and contractors (pre, during and post installation) managing customer expectations on timeline, prep work, and issues resolution.
- Manages project timelines and communicates project updates and changes to customers.
- Performs final walk- thru and develops punch list with each customer.
- Participates jointly with owners in conducting regular meetings involving:
- Potential or existing problems
- Implementation of new processes
- Procedural questions or issues
- Recognition of good work performance
- Information on the status of the business
- Team ideas and suggestions
- Involved with owners in hiring of support staff.

- Well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
- An analytic mind and great organization skills.
- An innovative thinker and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
- Competent user of one or more design software suites such as Chief Architect, Pro Kitchen, 2020, Revit.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis.
- Has excellent communication skills and savviness in managing customer expectations
