Job Description: At least - end-to-end implementations of CDP project Must have hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Customer Insights - Data and Microsoft Customer Insights - Journeys Overall + years of experience, with at least + years of crafting customer-centric datasets ( CRM, Call Center, Marketing, MDM, CDP, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.) Should have strong understanding of customer profile segmentation and experience in -degree view of customers in CDP for further analytical processing and decision making Strong understanding of ETL, Data quality / Cleansing and Identity resolution Strong and hands-on knowledge of SQL, Data modeling, and Data warehouse Knowledge of digital marketing, digital analytics, customer, MarTech space is a big plus
