About Us: We are a premier trucking transportation company committed to delivering top-tier logistics and transportation solutions. As we expand our reach, we seek a motivated National Sales Rep to join our team and drive new business growth across the country.

 

Key Responsibilities of National Sales Rep:

  • Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and solicit new customers, ensuring a steady pipeline of new business.
  • Client Management: Travel 60-70 days per year to meet new prospects and engage with existing customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet the expectation of securing 3 new customers per quarter. A new customer is defined as one who completes 15 loads within the first 90 days.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account representatives and managers, participating in weekly meetings to review performance and strategy.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure proper handoff and onboarding of all new customers, facilitating quarterly meetings with customers and account representatives during their first year with us.
  • CRM Activity: Maintain satisfactory CRM activity to ensure all client interactions and progress are documented accurately.

 

Qualifications for National Sales Rep:

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on acquiring and developing new business.
  • High scores on the Sales Drive Assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

 

Compensation for National Sales Rep:

  • Starting salary: $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience.
  • Additional $5,000 per new customer (defined as 15 loads in the first 90 days).
